The entire house is the result of a meticulous and careful restoration, through a wise recovery of ancient materials. Entirely covered in stone, the access is on the first level, corresponding to the street level, and continues through a staircase that leads to the lower levels, following the natural slope of the land. At the lowest level, S1, we find a semi-underground cellar with an open front towards the outside, accessible from the garden, currently used as a technical room and tool shed.

The first and second levels are dedicated to the sleeping area, each consisting of a spacious bedroom with an external view of the verdant countryside, one of which has a balcony, and a bathroom, one of which has a built-in bathtub for two people, with a comfortable dressing room and custom-made wooden wardrobes. On the third level, the living area opens into a large and bright environment: a dining room with an adjoining cave/cellar, a generously sized kitchen with a fireplace and a cave pantry, and a splendid living room with a large Renaissance pietra serena fireplace, which also allows you to sit down given its size. The living room overlooks a terrace with a panoramic external view. The antique terracotta floors and the ceilings with exposed wooden beams embellish the space, giving it an intimate and ancient flavor. It is equipped with a heating system with radiators with LPG boiler, alarm system, shatterproof windows on all external fixtures, and internal intercom.

The garden is spread over different levels, starting from the entrance gate and gently sloping down towards the valley, also via a staircase with wrought iron railings. It includes a paved part in front of the house, bordered by a hedge, and a garden part with lawn and trees, creating a natural setting around the house. Inside the garden, we also find a spacious fireplace with a stone oven, with an adjoining storage room, several spaces for outdoor lunches and dinners, and relaxation areas, ideal for enjoying the wonderful view, especially at sunset, thanks to the southern exposure, in addition to a cave for having fresh lunches in the summer season.
