From here, in addition to a view of the historic center, there is a glimpse of the lush green hills of Sabina.
Moving further up to the third level, you encounter a hallway that leads to a master bedroom, a room that gives a relaxing sense of intimacy thanks in part to the presence of wood on the ceiling and floor, and with panoramic views of the countryside outside.
From the same hallway, which looks like a bright space thanks to a French window opening onto a small balcony, walking up a few more steps, we reach the kitchen, which combines modern restyling and pleasant color choices with barrel vaults, just like in the living room.
From here you access a second bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a laundry corner, and a second smaller bedroom/study, until you exit onto the splendid terrace.
Strength of the whole house, this spectacular outdoor space boasts a quadruple exposure. On the one hand, in fact, you can look at the ancient tiled roofs of the neighboring houses and the bell tower of the church of San Giovanni Battista, and on the other hand, you are literally enveloped by the bucolic setting from the gentle sloping hillside that is peculiar to this part of Sabina, in some ways more similar to the landscape of neighboring Umbria than to that of Lazio, of which it is part.
Through an external staircase it is possible to go up again to the upper terrace, which is in fact the roof of the kitchen and the room below. From here there is an open panoramic view of the whole town and the hills. Another room, that overlooks it, is accessible by an internal staircase from the third floor, which can be used as a bedroom or as a multipurpose space, and comes complete with a bathroom with shower.
